Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Organic Feelings. We strive to make you satisfied with our personal care products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option of returning the product according to the following guidelines:

1. Return period:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us
inform you of your intention to return the product.

2. Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, the product must not be damaged, used or opened and must be in the original packaging;
  • If an order is returned, it must be returned in its entirety. Including any free delivered product. If the order is not returned in its entirety, the product price of the missing product(s) will be charged and/or deducted;
  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, spills or any other form of use.

3. Returns process:

To use the returns process, you must complete the returns form completely. You can find this in your order confirmation (digital) or in our webshop.

4. Received the wrong product?

Received incorrect products? Always check your order first before using it. The products may not be used unlawfully and subsequently registered for return. These are hygienic products that can no longer be sold.

5. Refund:

Once we have received the returned product and inspected it for compliance with our returns policy, we will issue a refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping costs:

The costs for returning are at your own expense at all times. We always recommend that you return your package by registered mail because you will then be insured. The risk of returning the item always lies with you or PostNL (if registered).
